After-School Programs
I don't know about you guys, but we are excited to be back from Spring Break and into the MTC After-School Program full-swing! Each of our programs -- Intermediate and Middle School -- have grown this first week back, and that's awesome! Please continue to spread the word, and help us bring in more students to this incredible atmosphere.
The INT program is held at the PES-Intermediate building in town from 3:30pm-6pm every Mon-Thu. MTC students meet in the Auxiliary Gym after school. ALL 4th-6th grade students are invited! There are rides available from EES and MRE to the INT building. They will get picked up where car-riders get picked up after school. PES and PES-I students are able to walk to program.
The PHMS program is held at PHMS from 2:25pm-5pm every Mon-Thu. MTC students meet in the Auxiliary Gym after school, then they will be picked up anytime after 3:30pm in the Cafeteria at the back of the school. ALL 7th-8th grade students are invited!
IMPORTANT NOTE for ALL MTC Students & Parents:
ALL MTC students (4th-8th grade) will be at the Intermediate building this Thursday (3/31/16). Everything is normal for all INT students. PHMS students will meet in the Auxiliary Gym after school, then they will be transported to the INT program at 3:30pm. All students may be picked up between 3:30pm-6pm on Thursday (3/31/16) at the Intermediate building in town.
We're Going on an Adventure!
The MTC After-School Program is having its first Adventure! SOOOO EXCITING! The trip will be on April 9th. Students must be invited in order to attend the Adventure (spots are limited and based off of the leaders' invitations). They must return their permission slips in to their leader by Wednesday 4/6/16 in order to attend. Spots are limited, so please only turn in a permission slip if you are planning on definitely being there.
Family Fun Night
Our very first Family Fun Night is here! It's this Thursday (3/31/16) from 6pm-8pm. It will be located at Solid Rock Baptist Church (6509 S. State Rd. 67, Pendleton) in the back of the building. We will be having an EGGSTRAVAGANZA! This includes a breakfast-for-dinner meal, egg-themed games, & lots of fun with your family and other families! The best part... it's all FREE!
ALL families in the community are invited to this! You don't have to have a kid in one of our programs to participate. We want you all to enjoy a FREE & FUN night of family togetherness.
Trivia Nights
Trivia Nights at The Stable in town off of State Street are coming very soon! The first Trivia Night Tuesday is on April 12th at 7pm, then it will be every Tuesday this spring after that. Get your teams of 2-4 people ready & brush up on your random knowledge of useless information ;) . Trivia Nights are designed to foster a positive, fun, judgment-free place for Young Adults (20's-30's) to hang out and build relationships; however, anyone 21+ is welcomed!
